Sonical has set up an online community platform for Move To Happiness, based on tools from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite. The new platform supports both the customers and the staff of Move to Happiness.

A strong plan
Move To Happiness is committed to a transparent, personal, and flexible approach. They also wanted to convey these core values online. Which was not an easy task, because how do you create an online community enabling computerization and personal feelings to go hand in hand? Furthermore, the platform had to be versatile: from booking live workouts and webinars, to watching videos stored in the database, to processing automatic payments for products or sessions. Move To Happiness had already met Sonical before, when they wanted to make the switch to Microsoft Office 365. The collaboration went so well that the company opted for Sonical again.
Sonical chose to combine different modules of Microsoft Dynamics in order to streamline all these business processes and to offer customers of Move To Happiness a great customer experience.
Based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Professional, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, Sonical built an online community platform on which Move To Happiness can always totally rely. Backend and frontend communicate with each other in real time so that the data is always correct and allowing Move To Happiness to make objective business decisions based on this data.
The platform consists of five components:
1. Digital buddy
The Move To Happiness digital buddy gives customers a personalized offer and automatically proposes suitable products. That is how Sonical tackled Move To Happiness’ biggest challenge and main request: a simple, fully-automated and fluid customer experience that gives fitness customers tailored advice and continuous help.
2. Happy Coins
At Move To Happiness customers can pay with Coins. For example, a half-hour session costs 6.25 Coins and a one-hour session 9.75 Coins. The Coins are automatically deducted from their account according to what a customer books. Customers can always request a real-time overview of their subscription, the Coins spent, and the remaining Coins available to spend.
Customers can book their favorite workout or webinar—on location or streamed digitally—via the online portal.
4. A content platform
Move To Happiness has a library with more than a hundred individual workouts and various four-week lifestyle programs. Authorized customers get quick and easy access to the right videos and papers.
5. Automatic bookkeeping
Finally, Sonical created a custom computerized accounting system. It prepares usage invoices, balances Coins accounts, makes automatic payments to stakeholders, and automatically calculates the partners’ commission; everything has been thought of!
