Your role

As a JUNIOR CONSULTANT – SUPPORT MEDEWERKER F&O, you will assist customers with their questions and/or issues regarding their use of MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

  • You will try to analyze and solve these questions/problems to the best of your ability whenever possible.
  • In other cases, you will forward the tickets to your fellow consultants. In this way, in this position you will get to know all customers well as well as the possible issues that may occur.
  • In addition, you will also support as a consultant on projects within the F&O team.
  • You will be involved from pre-sales, to go live and after for ongoing support with your clients. During the project, you are the point of contact for the customer.
  • In pre-sales, a full analysis will happen with the customer of what they are using today of tools for their activity/department. You map these out and link this to various workshops at the customer until the moment you (together with the technical people within your team) can make the right proposal tailored to the customer’s needs in terms of digitalization.
  • You make adjustments as needed. Even in the period after the implementation and go live, you remain the point of contact for your client.
  • The digital world is always changing, hence it is very important that you continue to monitor it and make adjustments/updates as needed.

  • You have a good knowledge of MS D365 Finance & Operations?
  • You have affinity/knowledge/a link to finance, supply chain, warehousing?

  • You speak Dutch, French and English fluently?
