We are therefore pleased to list what we offer and what the eligibility requirements are for this subsidy measure.
What is the SME portfolio?
The SME Portfolio is a subsidy measure from the Flemish Government with which you as an entrepreneur can obtain external advice with financial support. The aim of the SME Portfolio subsidy measure: to improve the quality and operation of your own company. A small company that uses our advice can enjoy up to 30% support via the SME Portfolio, a medium-sized company up to 20% support, both with a maximum support amount of 7,500 euros.
Which services are eligible for the SME portfolio?
Arcade offers strategic advice in the form of an IT roadmap.
Who can use the SME portfolio?
The grant can be used by SMEs, liberal professions, the self-employed and the self-employed in a secondary occupation. The VLAIO uses the European SME definition. In addition, your enterprise must also have an acceptable legal form with an establishment in Flanders. Not sure if you qualify? You can find all the conditions here.
How do you apply for your grant?
You can apply for the SME Portfolio via the website of the Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Before the start of the training or consultancy you will receive from us all the practical information needed to smoothly submit the grant application. You can submit a grant application from the moment it is signed, even if the assignment has not yet started. It is important to note that the application for payment via the SME Portfolio must always be made at the latest 14 calendar days after the start date of the cooperation for the provision of services.
The steps to follow are:
- You sign an agreement/quote for consulting with Arcade BV.
- You will receive your invoice from us.
- You can register as an entrepreneur at https://www.vlaio.be/nl/subsidies-financiering/kmo-portefeuille/subsidies-aanvragen-en-ontvangen.
- You search the registered service providers for Arcade BV, DV.AXXXXXXXX and enter under service: ‘advice’, under ‘Name of service: ‘….’.
- You submit the application for 30% subsidization there (based on the net amount).
- We will receive an email about your request, after which we can confirm it.
- You deposit your contribution (=70%) in the KMO-portefeuille and you pay the VAT on the total amount by transferring it directly to account number KBC IBAN: BE36 7380 3273 3781, in the name of Arcade BV.
- You confirm the payment in the SME wallet: otherwise the amount will not be forwarded.
- You give us a review.
