Bo's First Year at Sonical: From newcomer to Finance Report madam
It’s been almost a year since Bo made the move to Sonical, looking for a workplace where work-life balance could be achieved. She ended up in a company with a culture of respect, collegiality and a strong focus on personal development. For Bo, this is of great value: “At Sonical I can both do my job well and spend time with my family. That balance makes a big difference for me.”

Warm and personal start
Bo says her start at Sonical was warm and personal. She began with a communal breakfast, a tradition to welcome new colleagues. “I was immediately greeted by everyone. I really see that collegiality and open communication as one of the strengths here,” Bo says. In her position as a Business Central consultant, she gets the freedom and support to grow. Thanks to manager Ken and the opportunities Sonical provides for training, such as Microsoft’s MB800 training, Bo feels supported to develop herself and her skills.
Striving for excellence
“At Sonical, we strive for excellence,” Bo explains. “Ownership is expected, but that’s actually motivating. It gives me room to get the best out of myself.” Bo especially enjoys the customer-facing assignments where she can apply her knowledge and help others – something she gets energy from and for which she is known internally as the “financial reports madame.
