YOUR ROLE.

As a consultant product owner, you will support and guide companies in the analysis, implementation/integration of tools related to project documentation.

  • Throughout the entire project, you will be the point of contact for the customer.
  • Initially, you will conduct a comprehensive analysis with the customer based on workshops to map out how they currently manage their product documentation and how they can do this more efficiently.
  • You will often sit together with stakeholders and also challenge the business.
  • Afterwards, you will provide technical feedback to the back-office team for the implementation, which you will also closely monitor until the go-live.
  • You will adjust where necessary.
  • Even after the implementation and go-live, you will remain the point of contact for your customer.
  • The digital world is always evolving, so it’s crucial to continue monitoring this and implementing adjustments/updates as needed.
