First challenge<\/h4>

Since Liantis has over 1.700 employees, there are many projects running simultaneously with often dozens of stakeholders, both internal and external. This generates\u00a0enormous amounts of sensitive data<\/strong>\u00a0that we risked losing track of.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By cleverly combining\u00a0out-of-the-box functionality of Office 365<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0SharePoint Online<\/strong>, Liantis can now smoothly\u00a0manage the data and document flows<\/strong>\u00a0of over 60 active projects. All documents are stored in a central online platform that can be accessed from any location, whether its stakeholders are external to the company or not. Their permission rights are managed automatically so no sensitive data gets in the wrong hands.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Second challenge<\/h4>

All projects needed a\u00a0uniform look<\/strong>\u00a0and feel and approach, so new and existing employees\u00a0find their way around the system<\/strong>\u00a0right away.
Moreover, a well-organized PMO tool should reduce the administrative burden and frees up time and focus to create actual project value.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Through standardised templates and automation project generation, all Liantis projects are created in the same way and follow the same project funnel from project proposal to project finish, requiring minimal administrative maintenance. Liantis was looking for a future-proof project management tool that allowed tracking all KPIs before, during, and after a project. From a management perspective, the overall budget and timing are monitored to track the strategic goals of the company.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
