In January ‘21, Juunoo contacted Sonical by Arcade in its search for a more structured business flow. Only four months later, the fast-growing producer of flexible partition walls switched from an accounting software to an integrated standard ERP package. We suggested Dynamics 365 Business central, or the standard Microsoft ERP software for SMEs. This system enables Juunoo to evolve from a accounting software to a fully integrated ERP package for purchase, sales, accounting and stock management.
We were quickly won over by Arcade’s way of working because it gave us full control over the project and flexibility in the future. With a minimum of input – read: coaching, training and support – Arcade would hand over a maximum of project tasks to our team”, says Chris.
Our coaching approach leaves Juunoo in control for 90% of the job
Long story short: after we gained insight on the client’s needs and on the skills and responsibilities of the persons concerned, we designed the project plan to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central. As always, we leave as many tasks as possible to the company. In this project, our unique approach resulted in an allocation of tasks where only 10% of tasks were assigned to Arcade, consisting mainly of training and execution of the most complex parts of the project. Yes, you read that right: 90% of the ERP tasks were assigned to the Juunoo itself.
