Minimum input for Maximum output
In January ‘21, Juunoo contacted Sonical by Arcade in its search for a more structured business flow. Only four months later, the fast-growing producer of flexible partition walls switched from an accounting software to an integrated standard ERP package. Juunoo now runs successfully on the futureproof Dynamics 365 Business Central, with only 50 hours billed. This is next level efficiency, just the way we love it!
Meet Juunoo and its circular partition walls
Juunoo’s mission is to reinvent the construction world. Therefore, the company developed a reusable partition wall that, at the end of its useful life, will not be demolished, but dismantled and reused. By doing so, Juunoo aims to change the construction world into a sustainable market where reusability is the standard.
Fast-growing and looking for process optimization
The promising circular product catches on, gets awarded several times (Circubuild 2021, Reddot award 2020) and turns Juunoo into a success story very quickly. The company is growing extremely fast and in order to make the organization futureproof, CEO Chris Van de Voorde decides to professionalize and streamline the company’s business processes.

Say hello to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
We suggested Dynamics 365 Business central, or the standard Microsoft ERP software for SMEs. This system enables Juunoo to evolve from a accounting software to a fully integrated ERP package for purchase, sales, accounting and stock management.
Our coaching approach leaves Juunoo in control for 90% of the job
Long story short: after we gained insight on the client’s needs and on the skills and responsibilities of the persons concerned, we designed the project plan to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central. As always, we leave as many tasks as possible to the company. In this project, our unique approach resulted in an allocation of tasks where only 10% of tasks were assigned to Arcade, consisting mainly of training and execution of the most complex parts of the project. Yes, you read that right: 90% of the ERP tasks were assigned to the Juunoo itself.
